Who we are

22 Ayurvedic Centre LLC(“22 Ayur”, “we”, “us”) operates the website 22ayur.ae and a wellness clinic at Building 10, Wasl Port View, Al Mina Street, Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the website, why, and how to opt out.

What we collect

When you visit 22ayur.ae we collect:

  • Page views and clicks — which pages you load, which CTAs you click (WhatsApp buttons, phone numbers, treatment links). Used to understand what content visitors find useful.
  • Quiz interactions — if you take the Dosha quiz, we record that you completed it and your dosha result (vata / pitta / kapha) so we can measure how the tool is used. We do NOT record the individual answers to each quiz question.
  • Technical data — IP address (truncated), browser user-agent, referring URL, screen size, approximate location (country/city level). Standard for any website.
  • Google Ads click ID (gclid)— if you arrived via a Google ad, we record the click ID so we can match your visit to the ad campaign that brought you here. This lets us measure which ads work and stop spending on ads that don’t.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or health information from website visits. (If you message us via WhatsApp or call us, the message/call content is shared between you and us through those services directly — not through this website.)

Why we collect it

  • Analytics — measuring which pages, treatments, and CTAs are most useful to visitors so we can improve the site.
  • Advertising performance— measuring which Google Ads campaigns produce real interest (clicks on Book CTAs) so we don’t waste budget on ads that don’t bring patients.
  • Site reliability — diagnosing errors and load issues.

Tools we use

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager — page-view and click analytics. Cookies set: _ga, _ga_*, _gid. Default retention: 14 months.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking — measures clicks on Book CTAs after arriving via a Google ad. Cookie set: _gcl_au. Retention follows Google Ads default policy.
  • Vercel hosts the site and may collect server-side request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for the standard 30-day retention used for hosting reliability.

How to opt out

  • Install the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Use a content blocker (uBlock Origin, Brave browser’s built-in blocker, etc.) — these block GTM, GA4, and Google Ads tags entirely.
  • Send Do Not Track from your browser. We honour DNT signals by treating those visits as analytics-disabled.
  • Email info@22ayur.ae to request that we delete any data we hold about your visits, or to ask a question about this policy.

Your rights under UAE PDPL

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email info@22ayur.ae with your request and we will respond within 30 days.

We update this page when our tracking changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
